Your role at BRE
This role will play a key part in expanding and strengthening BRE Academy’s training offer. Your work will directly support organisations and individuals across the built environment in developing their BIM and digital construction capability. You will deliver high-quality training, contribute to the creation of new courses, and ensure our portfolio remains aligned with the latest industry standards and practices.
This role will also involve supporting wider business objectives by collaborating with colleagues across certification, assurance and consultancy and by representing BRE at client meetings, events and conferences. You will help ensure BRE remains at the forefront of information management and digital construction knowledge and training.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
Deliver classroom and remote BIM training to industry and academia in the UK and internationally
Support the development of new training materials and course content
Assist with market research to identify and shape future training offerings
Contribute to tailored and bespoke course development
Actively represent BRE at industry events and conferences
Ensure training products remain current and aligned with emerging industry standards
Collaborate with certification and assurance teams to expand service offerings
Support the introduction of consultancy and BIM software training services
Uphold health, safety and wellbeing standards for all training activities.
What we are looking for
- Strong knowledge and practical experience of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and information management processes
- Ability to design, develop and deliver engaging training content across classroom and remote formats
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and course administration
- Experience in reviewing, updating and maintaining training materials to align with industry standards
- Awareness of the wider digital construction landscape and emerging trends
- Confidence in representing an organisation at client meetings, industry events and conferences
- Collaborative approach, with the ability to work closely with colleagues across training, certification and assurance teams
- Understanding of health, safety and wellbeing responsibilities within a training environment

Work Location Options
Mostly Remote – This role is primarily home-based, with occasional travel to our head office in Watford or key events (2-3 times per quarter on average).
