From day one, you’ll join us in a permanent role within a specialist team, contributing to meaningful projects that support BRE’s mission. As part of your role you’ll gain exposure to different areas of the business, building a broad understanding of our work and the industry.

The programme is structured into four phases:

• Onboarding and immersion: A comprehensive induction, business immersion, and workshops to build workplace confidence, communication, and analytical skills.
• Capability building: Apply core skills in real projects, deepen expertise in research, stakeholder engagement, and commercial awareness.
• Professional growth: Develop leadership behaviours, strategic thinking, and advanced problem-solving while taking ownership of workstreams.
• Transition and career planning: Showcase your achievements, plan your next steps, and prepare for your future role at BRE.

• Mentoring by senior leaders to guide your technical and career development.
• Monthly group coaching for peer support and problem-solving.
