Your role at BRE
Join a dynamic and forward-thinking People team, helping drive strategic people initiatives and supporting leaders to deliver meaningful impact across the business. This role offers the opportunity to help shape and influence HR practices while contributing to key projects and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities:
- Partnering with business leaders to deliver people strategies across areas such as change management, engagement, performance, wellbeing and development.
- Providing guidance and support on employee relations cases, ensuring effective tracking, reporting and resolution.
- Producing reports, analysing data and generating insights to inform people-related decisions.
- Drafting, reviewing and maintaining policies, process documents and templates to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Supporting and delivering ad-hoc projects aligned to strategic people priorities.
- Collaborating with colleagues across the People team to share knowledge and deliver continuous improvement.
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in a HR business partnering role.
- Proven experience supporting leaders on employee relations cases and people-related decision-making.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and build credibility with stakeholders.
- Ability to analyse HR data, produce reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Experience in drafting, maintaining, and implementing HR policies and process documents.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, delivering on time and to a high standard.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Resilient, proactive, and able to work independently while knowing when to escalate issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Relevant HR qualification such as CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience (desirable but not essential).

Work Location Options
Mostly Remote – This role is primarily home-based, with occasional travel to our head office in Watford for planned meetings (2-4 times per quarter). However, there may be other periods where in-person attendance will be required for formal HR meetings.
Flexible working hours, part-time hours and job share can also be considered for this position.
