BRE Graduate Programme
BRE’s Graduate Programme is an 18-month fast-track development journey designed to launch your career in the built environment. About the Role
BRE is embracing the potential of Artificial Intelligence to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and make better use of our technical knowledge. We are looking for a Graduate AI Solutions Developer to join our innovative team and support the practical adoption of AI across the organisation.
In this role, you will help identify promising AI use cases, test tools with different teams, and support the implementation of AI-driven processes. You will also produce clear user guidance, gather feedback, and track the impact of new solutions to ensure they deliver real value.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting teams in adopting AI tools and processes
Identifying and testing AI use cases to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
Producing clear guidance and training materials for AI tools
Gathering feedback and monitoring the impact of AI-enabled processes
Working with teams to read and interpret information from SAP documents
Supporting the Energy team and other departments on AI-driven projects
Contributing to the development of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) approaches to enhance BRE’s use of technical knowledge and data
What can you bring to this role
You’ll be a recent graduate (or soon to graduate) in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related discipline. You should be curious about AI technologies, enjoy problem-solving, and be eager to work collaboratively with teams across the organisation. Clear communication and the ability to translate technical concepts into practical guidance are key to success in this role.
Essential Skills
Basic knowledge of AI/ML tools and concepts
Familiarity with programming or scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical audiences
Willingness to learn and work collaboratively

Salary & Progression
- £30,000 starting salary
- £32,000 after 12 months
- £34,000 after successful completion at 18 months
Work Location Options
Fully Remote – This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the UK. There will be occasional travel to our Watford office, typically once or twice per quarter.
