At BRE, our Research & Impact (R&I) function relies on effective coordination, clear processes, and reliable systems to deliver impact. We are looking for a Senior Operations Coordinator to play a central role in supporting the day-to-day running of our R&I Operations team.
This role is key to ensuring activities are well-organised, information is accurate and up to date, and teams have the tools and support they need to operate efficiently. Working across systems, processes, and stakeholders, you will help drive consistency, improve workflows, and enable smooth operational delivery across the function.

Your role at BRE
The Senior Operations Coordinator supports the effective day-to-day running of the Research & Impact (R&I) Operations function within BRE, ensuring activities, systems, and processes are well-coordinated, accurately maintained, and consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
Provide operational and administrative coordination to support the smooth running of R&I activities
Act as a first point of contact for D365 operational queries, managing and tracking tickets through to resolution
Maintain and update system documentation, user guides, and process materials
Support onboarding activities related to systems, including coordination of access, training, and materials
Track actions, tasks, and deadlines across internal workstreams, ensuring timely follow-up and completion
Coordinate internal meetings and operational routines, including preparation of materials and documentation
Support internal communications by gathering updates, preparing content, and managing distribution
Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring version control and accessibility
Provide administrative support for contract management, including tracking agreements and maintaining documentation
Support process improvement initiatives by documenting workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and assisting with enhancements
Maintain accurate records and ensure consistency across operational systems and documentation
What we are looking for
Strong coordination and organisational capability, with experience supporting operational or administrative functions
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, track actions, and maintain oversight of deadlines and priorities
Experience supporting or working with business systems, with familiarity of Dynamics 365 (desirable)
Ability to maintain accurate documentation, including user guides, process materials, and standard operating procedures
Experience supporting onboarding, training coordination, or system access processes
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems and documentation
Experience supporting internal communications, including preparing and distributing updates
Ability to coordinate meetings, track outcomes, and ensure follow-up actions are completed
Experience providing administrative support for contract management or similar processes
Understanding of process mapping, workflow documentation, or continuous improvement activities (desirable)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal stakeholders
Confidence working with digital tools and systems to support operational delivery

Work Location Options
Hybrid – This role offers a mix of home and office working. You will need to be within commuting distance of our Watford or Glasgow office, as you will be expected to attend in person (once per month).
