Your role at BRE
This role is responsible for leading the successful delivery of IT and digital transformation projects across the organisation, ensuring that systems, processes and business objectives are aligned through effective planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT and digital transformation projects, ensuring successful execution from initiation through to transition into business-as-usual operations
Plan, manage, and coordinate project activities, including scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
Oversee the implementation of business-critical systems such as ERP, CRM, and financial platforms, including phased rollouts and continuous improvement initiatives
Establish and maintain robust project governance, including regular reporting on progress, risks, issues, and performance against KPIs to senior stakeholders
Manage project budgets and resources effectively, ensuring efficient allocation and control of costs throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and third-party suppliers to ensure alignment, engagement, and successful delivery outcomes
Drive organisational change and support the adoption of new systems and processes in partnership with change management teams
Support procurement activities related to project delivery, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and processes
Lead cross-functional project teams within a matrix environment, ensuring coordination, accountability, and delivery of project objectives.
What we are looking for
Strong experience delivering enterprise-scale IT and digital transformation projects, including end-to-end ownership from initiation through to BAU transition
Proven track record of implementing business-critical systems such as ERP, CRM, and financial platforms
Demonstrable expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies, with the ability to apply the most appropriate approach to different project types
Experience establishing and managing project governance frameworks, including risk, issue, and performance reporting to senior stakeholders
Solid budget and resource management capabilities, with evidence of delivering projects on time and within budget
Experience working within matrix environments, leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple workstreams
Strong stakeholder engagement across all organisational levels, including the ability to manage competing priorities and drive alignment
Experience supporting organisational change and driving adoption of new systems and processes
Familiarity with project delivery and collaboration tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Monday.com, Jira) and business systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or similar platforms
Understanding of procurement processes and managing third-party vendors within project environments.

Work Location Options
Mostly Remote – This role is primarily home-based, with occasional travel to our head office in Watford for planned meetings (1-2 times per month).
Our Recruitment Process
